1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Breakreach ("the Service"), operated by Breakreach ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Breakreach is a social media scheduling and management platform that allows users to create, schedule, and publish content to third-party social media platforms including but not limited to X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Bluesky.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Connected Social Accounts

When you connect third-party social media accounts to Breakreach, you authorize us to access and interact with those accounts on your behalf, including publishing content at your scheduled times. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Breakreach complies with the terms of service of each connected platform.

5. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you create and publish through Breakreach. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to publish illegal content
  • Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any scheduled posts that fail to publish due to third-party platform outages, API changes, or other factors beyond our control.

8. Pricing and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Free tier limitations may be modified at our discretion.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breakreach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
