Personal profiles and Groups can't be posted to through any API.

Meta's official server, for ads
Meta opened its ads AI connectors in April 2026: a hosted MCP server at mcp.facebook.com/ads for reporting, ad creation and management, catalogs, datasets, tests and activity logs. Meta's pages about it don't mention organic Page posts or Messenger.
A Page token you paste
HagaiHen/facebook-mcp-server, the most-starred Page server, and tiroshanm/facebook-mcp-server call the Graph API with a Page access token you copy from Graph API Explorer. They post and moderate comments well. The token is yours to get, store and replace, and a short-lived one expires within hours.
Official API, hosted

- No personal profilesThe user feed endpoint doesn't support creating posts; the permission that allowed it was deprecated in 2018.
- No GroupsMeta removed the Groups API and publish_to_groups for every version on April 22, 2024.
- TokensA long-lived user token lasts about 60 days; a long-lived Page token usually doesn't expire.
